Thursday - Saturday 9.30am to 4.30pm
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - Closed*
We are also closed on the Tuesday following a Bank Holiday Monday.
* Due to the ever increasing demand for our Bespoke Jewellery and Valuations services from January 2011 our Drake Street shop will be closed on Wednesdays so that our staff can carry out this important and intensive work to the same high standards that we have become famous for in our nearly 110 years of trading.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. |
Shipping And Handling
All deliveries are by Royal Mail, we shall email a tracking number to you prior to sending.
All deliveries require a signature, please make sure a responsible person signs for your order as we shall not be responsible under any circumstances if an unauthorised person signs for it.

Delivery Schedule
We can only deliver to UK credit/debit cardholders billing addresses.
Except in exceptional circumstance all stock shown on this site is in stock and we therefore aim to deliver promptly and will notify you if this is otherwise in case you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy
Web purchases may be returned at your cost for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be returned by receipted delivery system in unworn, pristine condition with all original packaging, receipts and any other documentation. Because you are responsible for the goods until we receive them we advise that returns should be fully insured. Please note that in the interests of health and hygiene earrings cannot be exchanged.
In the unlikely event you receive wrong or damaged goods please contact us for details of how to return them at our expense.
