Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. |
Delivery Schedule
We can only deliver to UK credit/debit cardholders billing addresses. We aim to deliver promptly and will notify you if this is otherwise in case you would rather not wait. Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery and requires a signature.
Please make sure a responsible person signs for your order as we shall not be responsible if an unauthorised person signs for it.
For items under £250 there is a delivery charge of £5.50. |

Returns Policy
Web purchases may be returned at your cost for exchange, credit or refund within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be returned by receipted delivery system in unworn, pristine condition with all original packaging, receipts and any other documentation. Because you are responsible for the goods until we receive them we advise that returns should be fully insured. Please note that in the interests of health and hygiene earrings cannot be exchanged.
In the unlikely event you receive wrong or damaged goods please contact us for details of how to return them at our expense.
